About Foundation Training
Getting fit and feeling good doesn’t need be a difficult undertaking. Foundation Training relies on only you, your movement and your breath. Through a series of postures, and movements, Foundation Training will help you feel stronger, healthier, and more pain free than you ever thought possible. In as little as 5 minutes a day, you can reduce pain, increase strength, and reclaim your health and vitality. No matter your age or fitness level, Foundation Training can increase your existing athletic performance (many people say that it is the "missing link") or help you jumpstart into wellness. Including Foundation into your daily life will constantly increase your body's awareness to help you move properly which can halt many of the degenerative processes causing chronic pain.
