"Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it." - Mark Twain Take a deep breath. Be with your body. Place your feet flat on the floor and feel the weight of your bum in your chair. Drop your shoulders away from your ears, relax your jaw, and release your tongue from the top of your mouth. Take a deep breath.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in all of your greatness. Imagine one thing that you have done in your life that is truly great. Feel the feelings of how full you felt. Fill yourself with this feeling of greatness, and really feel it, as if you were there again, in that moment of greatness. Take a deep breath. Now, with your heart full of this greatness, imagine facing yourself in a moment where you did something that was not so great. See yourself in all the torment of the moment, ready to throw in the towel. Grab your tormented self and look into your eyes, and tell yourself that you are forgiven, and give yourself a hug. As you embrace, imagine the power of your full heart, embody your tormented self. Allow your full self to fill the anguished space. Feel the feelings of forgiveness, fullness, and greatness. Take a deep breath. Until next time, Hugs #thereisawaytostaysane #onepathtograce #calmingcandida #lotushealthworks

"Shower me with love. I will bloom for you forever." -Monica Gogoi
Hello. Happy Monday. Thank you for being here. Today we celebrate April showers bringing May flowers. Let us come into the moment, as usual, feel your feet on the floor and your bum in your seat. Take a deep breath. Feel your weight on the chair. Notice which parts of you that make contact with the chair. Take a deep breath. Breathe in..........and out. One more. Breathe in..........and out. Good. Now imagine turning the shower on, and feel the water as it falls upon you. Feel it. Feel the cleansing nature, imagine it stripping away whatever you are carrying that is no longer serving you. Imagine it cleansing the anger, resentment, frustration, overwhelm, and blame, all away. Take a deep breath. Now turn the dial to change the water. As the water shifts begin to imagine all those things that you wish you had a more of in your life. Tranquility, willingness, abundance, joy, laughter, easier mornings, easier days all around, more focus, more passion, more love. Take a deep breath and feel yourself showered with this goodness. Now, with the water full of love, reach up and turn the shower head toward the opposite direction, toward a person with whom you judge. This person is a bozo after all. Imagine the water showering over them, imagine the bozoness just simply being washed away like mud. Watch the muddiness go down the drain. Watch it summon to the water as it flows out of sight. Now face that bozo again, and smile at that bozo and forgive them for the trespasses that you believe they bear. Recognize, that bozo reflects you in some way. Take a deep breath. Until next time, Hugs #thereisawaytostaysane #onepathtograce #calmingcandida "May your troubles be less and your blessings be more and nothing but happiness come through your door."
- Irish Blessing Hello. Thank you for being here. Today we show up with gratitude for our luck, it's St. Patty's Day after all, and let's get real, we are all pretty damn lucky humans. Take a moment and close your eyes. Feel your feet on the floor and your bum in your seat. Take two deep breaths to settle in. Inhale deeply.............. and exhale completely, one more time. Good job. Now gather an image in your mind of a time when you felt particularly lucky to be you. Feel the feelings of the joy, curiosity, and amazement of being the worthy recipient of such luck. Now bring that feeling and focus of luck to your heart, the color of the heart chakra is green. Imagine a big ball of lucky green light expanding in your chest, and filling each lucky cell in your body. Expand your luck throughout the room and out in the world around you. Now imagine someone in the world who may feel unlucky and gift them some of yours. Embrace them with your lucky green light and allow them to melt into one moment of luck. Take a deep breath. What you give, you get. It is suggested by some, that we could give all that luck away, having faith that the luck will never run out. Until next time, Hugs #thereisawaytostaysane #onepathtograce "Be the change that you wish to see in the world." |
