Place your feet flat on the floor and feel the weight of your bum in your chair. Drop your shoulders away from your ears, relax your jaw, and release your tongue from the top of your mouth. Take a deep breath.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in all of your greatness. Imagine one thing that you have done in your life that is truly great. Feel the feelings of how full you felt. Fill yourself with this feeling of greatness, and really feel it, as if you were there again, in that moment of greatness. Take a deep breath. Now, with your heart full of this greatness, imagine facing yourself in a moment where you did something that was not so great. See yourself in all the torment of the moment, ready to throw in the towel. Grab your tormented self and look into your eyes, and tell yourself that you are forgiven, and give yourself a hug. As you embrace, imagine the power of your full heart, embody your tormented self. Allow your full self to fill the anguished space. Feel the feelings of forgiveness, fullness, and greatness.
