Quite frankly, everyone knows that the true answer for Peace on Earth is love.
The question, how do we repair our severed cord and reconnect to our love?

Let us take a moment, to find the love within us, the love we have for the people we are closest to, for our chosen circle. Take a moment to feel the sweetness of this love. Imagine your heart expanding into the space around you, and then into the hearts of your people. Take a deep breath.
​Now imagine a person you loath. As you begin to see this person, resist the urge to contract into yourself and fist up. Instead, allow yourself to open your heart again, and send love as if that person is in your inner circle. Be clear, sending them the love from your circle does not make them right. It brings even more expansion to your own Being (and everyone near you). Take a deep breath and expand your love into someone you wouldn't normally see with the eyes of love. If each of us can move into more compassion and empathy for other humans, we can drop our fists, and collectively expand into Love. Don't forget, every human stands in their own pile of shame, and every human feels that they are doing more than their share. Take a deep breath. Feel the love in your heart.
